  • When exploring remote and non-traditional opportunities, your clinical specialty is important, but it’s often not the leading or limiting factor in identifying the right roles for you. My unique approach prioritizes the duties you love the most about nursing (i.e. patient care, education, research, problem-solving, etc.), then we can further refine based on your clinical specialty.   • A common myth is that any remote position will pay less than bedside. There is a wide range of pay within the vast opportunities that exist, some being more than traditional bedside salaries. Because this is such an important part of any decision to change jobs, we discuss this as part of my coaching to ensure this is considered when setting your goals, search strategies, interviewing prep and negotiations.

  • Unfortunately, I hear this quite a bit. Creating a strong resume in this field requires special expertise. As a hiring manager within the non-traditional and remote nursing world for years, I provide unique insight and methodologies that have been successful for so many clients.
