One 45-minute call where we will
confirm your selected job-type
review search terms to help you refine your search for this desired job-type
deep-dive into your career experiences to identify all relative experiences to the desired job-type that you have selected (the intent is to demonstrate your qualifications and experiences, showing you off as key talent for that job-type)
Following the call (within seven days) you will receive
a search strategy with job-type search terms and methodology to maximize your search
a done-for-you resume that closely aligns your experience with the job-type, including strong language to get recruiter attention
Your resume will be delivered in both Word and PDF so that you are able to begin applying right away, and also have the ability to edit down the road, though minimal editing will be required while applying to jobs within the selected job-type
BONUS: matching cover letter
My methods are based on a targeted approach that relies on your selection of a job-type based on our conversation. A job-type is a category of non-traditional positions that may be held by nurses. Job-types are categorized by primary responsibilities such as patient care, education, sales, case management/coordination, clinical specialists, clinical marketing, clinical research, etc.
Once we have aligned on a job-type, your resume will be created based on either a general description of this job-type or a specific job posting that you provide. This package does not include providing you with sample or actual job postings and it is your responsibility to select a job-type and perform the job search independently.
The final deliverable is in both a Word document and PDF. The Word document can be edited as needed to tweak to any job post of your choice once this service (one version of the resume and cover letter) has been delivered. No additional versions of the resume are included.
